Format: Mixed training with U12, U14 and U16 players
Time: 7:30-9pm Tuesdays and Thursdays
First session: Tuesday 3rd October 2023
Location: Methodist Ladies College (MLC) Indoor pool, with a relocation planned to Northcote Acquatic and Recreation Centre (NARC).

Our head coach, Peter Gyorgyicsek, will be in attendence for the sessions for a mixture of in and out-of-pool exercises and small games.  

This training has been designed as the perfect accompaniment to the WP Vic Oct-Jan competition. But if you want to just train and have fun, that's fine! 

Training is open to all - male, female, non-binary. The only requirement is that you can swim!

The cost is $370 for 20 sessions which works out as 18.50 per session.
