Come on down to NARC for 3 sessions of a program designed to teach the fundamentals of Water Polo with a focus on skill development while having fun, fun, fun.
Training instruction includes:
- The rules of the game
- Team strategies
- Ball handling
- Egg-beater kick and swim technique
